Public participation is the constitutional right of every Kenyan.
Maoni Hub is a platform that makes it easier for the public and stakeholders to give their views on Bills being considered by the Parliament of Kenya. Kenyans are invited to test the platform by supporting, opposing and giving comments on changes they want made on any Bill currently open on this website. This is an early pilot and your participation will help improve the site.
Maoni Hub receives the views, packages it, and presents it to parliamentary committees for consideration. When the public participation consultation window closes, usually within seven to fourteen days, relevant committees will go through all the views submitted by the public and stakeholders on the Bill and prepare a report for the relevant parliamentary Committee.
